Alphalien Gains has a processing window of 7-10 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been scanned at the post office.

Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, or actual shipping time. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns and Exchanges: 

We want you to love your Alphalien Gains gear! If you need to make a return or exchange, please review the following:

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

3. Photographs of the damage for verification

Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions regarding your return or exchange.

Please note: We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or used items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
